What are the terms & Conditions of Return / Replacement Policy
Although all our products are custom prepared after receiving the order, we provide one time one T-shirt size replacement free of cost. Just drop us a note at email@example.com or Whatsapp us at +91 7042511515 and we will arrange for the replacement. Plz note XXL T-shirt size replacement and replacement for colors are not allowed free of cost. If multiple Tshirts size replacement is needed from a single order then 150 INR will be flat charged per T-shirt for replacement.
We take full responsibility of our mistakes like printing issues, wrong size shipped or any other genuine quality issues, Just drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at +91 7042511515 and we will arrange for the replacement ASAP.
You can request for a return and refund against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery. All refunds will be added as 'Fun Points' to customer's Fun2ssh E-Wallet after deducting 100 Fun Points as shipping charges(1 Fun point = 1 INR). If you ordered as a guest user, you will need to register with the email address in order to receive Fun Points as refund.
If Returns/cacellation has occured due to our mistakes like printing issues, wrong size shipped or any other genuine quality issues etc. All refunds will be credited without any deduction.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags on clothing, shoeboxes, plastic wrap) intact. Eligible items should reach us within 15 days from the date you originally received it.
Note: Original tags must not be removed from the product otherwise returns would not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please write to us at email@example.com or call us at +91 7042511515 with exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse (address given below) with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credits to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options. The Reverse Pick up facility is not available so you will have to self ship back the returned/replacement products.
You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
The credit process whereever applicable will be initiated once we have received the item or items in our warehouse, and completed our quality check. Credits are typically processed in less than 10 business days.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the actual amount of the purchase.
How long the refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
