How to place my order?
Follow these steps to place your order:

  1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer  the size chart to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you can add multiple products on your cart)
  2. ‘In My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  3. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

In how many days will I receive my ORDER?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days.

What if my product gets out of STOCK?
Usually this situation does not occur however if this happens we will intimate you via email/SMS and it would add another 1-2 days in your order delivery.

What if the packaging is tampered or DAMAGED?
If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at  +91-7042511515 or contact us with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Will the order be shipped with an INVOICE?
Yes all the items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
We will send an email/SMS with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7-10 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order

  1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your www.fun2ssh.comaccount using the tracking number.
  2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event, which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

Does Fun2sshh Deliver Internationally?
Right now, we are not providing International shipping for our products. However, as we are seeing a sharp increase in such demands, we are in the process to introduce this service very soon.

What if I want to customize a design or a dress or as per my REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, we do provide customized designs on T-shirts. For any such order small/bulk, you may either place your order through our website or write to us at info@fun2ssh.com and we will be in touch with you to take details.

What If I want to change the color of the tees but want the same DESIGN?
All changes, returns and cancellation would happen as per our ‘Return and Cancellation policy’. You can call us up at +91 7042511515 while placing the order & tell us the color as per your requirement from the available range of colors of tees we have & place the final order.

What If I want to add one more size to the same ORDER?
Yes, it is possible but right now, this feature is not available through our website. Therefore, you will have to email us at info@fun2ssh.com or call us at 9810516950 after placing your order.

Cancellation & Related Queries

How do I cancel my order?
COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it is shipped. For prepaid orders, you can cancel your orders by sending an email to info@fun2ssh.comwith subject line “Order Cancellation” along with providing your order number. Any amount already paid to us will be added back to your E-Wallet as your fun points. You can also contact our Customer Care by calling us at +91 7042511515 to cancel the order.

What if the order is already SHIPPED?
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we would not be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

What if I want to make changes to my placed ORDER?
In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at info@fun2ssh.comor call us at 9810516950. Our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

Payment Mode

Are there any COD charges?
We charge a nominal 29 INR as convenience charge for COD orders. This amount also reflects in your printed invoice. Note: Cash on Delivery is not yet available for all pin codes. This is due to limitations of courier services we use you will receive a call from our customer care within 24 hours informing you if your order cannot be processed through cash on delivery. Additional options like bank transfer, payments through credit, debit card or PayTM is available and are equally safe.

  1. Cash on Delivery will not be available if your order value exceeds Rs.10K.

What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
Right now, we are not accepting international orders.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection through renowned payment gateways.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card or PAYTM options.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Fun2sshh. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

 What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  2. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days for any further clarification, you can email us on info@fun2ssh.comor call us at +91 7042511515.


What is the fun2sshh e-Wallet?
E-Wallet enables you to receive promotional credit and refunds. You may select the Wallet as the mode of payment while placing your Order; the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance. The option of payment via Fun2sshh wallet will be available on 'Payment Method' page of the checkout process.

You can check the balance of your Fun2sshh wallet by:

  1. Login in to your www.fun2ssh.com account.
  2. Go to the 'My Wallet' page on the 'My Account' section.

Is there any expiry date for Wallet balance?
Yes. Wallet balance has an expiry of one year from the day it was credited to your wallet.

Can I transfer or en-cash my Wallet balance?
No. The Wallet is associated with your Fun2sshh account only, and cannot be en-cashed or transferred to other accounts.

Shipping & Tracking

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
Orders within India are delivered within 7 - 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, there are no shipping charges for any order. Shipping is provided free of cost for all the orders.

Return Policy

There is only one-time replacement policy for all the products.

  1. If returns are initiated due to some sort of problem that has occurred from Fun2sshh side (e.g. wrong color, size shipped etc.) then more than one replacement are allowed.
  2. Customers can request for returning their order within 7 days of the order date & for special orders, the duration will be 15 days & will be especially mentioned under the product details.
  3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  4. The product amount will be added back to his/her E-Wallet as Fun Points, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  5. To schedule a return, please write to us atinfo@fun2ssh.comor call us at 9810516950. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
  6. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.
  2. All refunds will be added to customer E-Wallet as Fun points after deducting Rs100 (Fun Points) as shipping charges.
  3. If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product and quality check is done. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your E-Wallet as fun points.

Where should I return my product?
We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are inevitably being subscribed to our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

What to do if I forgot my password?
Just click on 'Forgot Password' option and we will s end it to you on your email address registered with us.

Do you accept bulk order?
Yes we do. if your order value exceeds Rs.10K then Cash on Delivery will not be available for your order It will be a prepaid order.

I want to place an order but I do not want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues.

Is there any trial then purchase option available?
Since we sell only on our online fashion store, there is no trial and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size chart with body measurements featured on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at info@fun2ssh.com

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order but you can place a new order for the products you wish to add.
